How To Create A Bidsheet Account

BidSheet makes the account setup process seamless, with a three-step process. Users can view auctions, place bids, pay for orders, and schedule pickups as buyers.

Important

Currently, Bidsheet only does business to business transactions, which means you must be able to submit the needed business documents during the setup process. Accounts for individuals without a verifiable business will be declined.

At the login screen, click the Sign-up link. After you click the link, it will direct you to choose between a Seller or Buyer.

After you click Buyer, it will take you to the first step to enter your personal information.

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Password

  • Accept the Terms of use and Privacy policy by checking the box.
  • Click Continue
The next step will be to enter your business information.

    • Zip code
  • Upload business documents

Important

We require all buyers to have a registered business that can provide valid resale documentation. We verify the Buyer's account after reviewing and confirming the documentation. Buyers are expected to upload a valid reseller certification. If it is an international buyer, we ask users to upload official documentation confirming their business information, such as a business license, VAT number (EU only), or equivalent.
After completing these steps, users will receive an email from support to verify their email address while our team verifies the user account info. While users wait to be verified by our team, users can browse the marketplace as a guest.

Please Note:  If you do not receive a confirmation email, here are a few things that might cause this to happen.
1)  The confirmation may have gone to another folder, such as your junk mail. If you search your entire inbox for "Bidsheet" it could help you find it.
2)  You may have a custom email address or firewall that requires you to whitelist sites that you permit to receive emails from.  In this case you will need to whitelist "Bidsheet.io". Once you have whitelisted our site you may reach out to support@bidsheet.io or message us in the chat to have our tech re-send the confirmation email.
