Everything You Need To Know About The Pickup Process
Once a buyer wins an auction and has paid for it, they will need to schedule the pickup. Here are the steps they take to schedule a pickup:
Step 1: Click on the order you want to ship
After logging into their account, they click on the order they want to ship. You can find your orders in the "My Orders" section of your account dashboard.
Step 2: Click "Schedule Pickup"
Once an order is selected, they click the "Schedule Pickup" button.
Step 3: Review the pickup details
On the pickup details page, buyers will see the pickup details that you have provided in the settings for your location.
Step 4: Uploading the BOL
Buyers will be able to upload the BOL that is provided by their carrier along with any additional documents.
Step 5: You download the documents and prepare the shipment
You will be able to download the documents and bring the material to the front of your facility for pickup.
Step 6: Taking photos of the pallets or boxes before they ship along with the signed BOL
In the final stage you will need to upload a copy of the signed BOL along with the photos of the pallet.
