Troubleshooting Common Issues With Wire Payments On BidSheet

This could be caused by a few different things that we will review below.

• All wires take roughly between 2-5 days to complete the processing stage.  Sometimes it is quicker depending on the wire that you have sent.
• The wire has come in and has been applied to your account, but you may not have paid for your order using the funds.  You can check to see if the wire has been updated in your account by going to your settings and checking under the "Payment Methods".  Once this shows a balance you can click on the orders page, click on the order the you would like to pay, and click "Pay". At this point you can use the money that you wired to pay for any of the orders you would like.

Make sure that the account you sent funds to is the correct account that is in your settings. You can find it by going to the top right and select settings from the drop down menu. From there you click on "Payment Methods".  You can add a credit card, view your balance, and send more funds when you want to increase your balance.
