Browse auctions: Once you are logged in, you can browse through the various auctions listed on the platform. You can use the search bar to find specific items or browse by category.
Place bids: To place a bid on an auction, click on the auction and enter the amount you would like to submit and click the "Place Bid" button to submit your bid. You will be notified if someone outbids you. When auctions are about to end, if someone places a bid it will keep being extended five minutes until people stop bidding.
My Bids: Keep track of the auctions you are bidding on by clicking on "My Bids". This will show you a list of all the auctions you have bid on and the current bid status.
Pay for auctions: Click on the order that you would like to pay. Click "Pay Now" and select the payment method you would like to use. Watch this for more details: [add link to tutorial video].
Shipping and Pickup: Once you have paid for your auction, you will be able to choose your preferred shipping method.
Schedule pickup: Once you've paid for your auctions, you can schedule a pickup by clicking on the "Orders" tab, selecting the auction you want to schedule, and following the instructions. You will be provided with the shipment's weight and dimensions, which you can provide to a shipping carrier for scheduling pickup. If you don't have a carrier you can reach to us at support@bidsheet.io. We have a few carriers that we have seen other buyers use that seem to do well and if you would like to have their contact information reach out to us and we will forward it to you. However, we recommend doing your own searches to see which carriers work best for you.
