Everything You Need to Know About Scheduling A Pickup

After you pay for your orders, the following screen will have the button to schedule your pickup. After you click the Schedule Pickup button, the window will have the following message at the top.

"This order requires you to arrange the shipment. You will need to upload a shipping label or bill of lading document issued by a shipping carrier to schedule your pickup. Once you upload your documents, you can plan your pickup based on the pickup hours and instructions."

Further down on the page you will have everything you need to schedule a pickup.

  • Pickup location - The location of the lot and if it's a warehouse, Office, or distribution center.
  • Pickup Instruction - Seller will list any details about how to receive the items and contact information.
  • Pickup hours - The hour the business will be open to receive carriers for scheduled pickups
  • Lot weight and dimensions - Information about the lot to help create the shipping label.

Towards the bottom of the window, click on the Upload Shipping Label button to select your shipping type and carrier to upload your shipping label.
