Maximizing Your Productivity With Asset File Templates

Important Note

Before you get started, choosing the right template and formatting with the product type is important. Below you can find the templates by choosing "assets file templates" when you click on "Create Auction".

  1. Asset Template | Type:  LAPTOP, DESKTOP, SERVER, TABLET, SWITCH, NETWORKING EQUIPMENT, STORAGE ARRAY, PRINTER, LCD MONITOR, DOCKING STATION 
  2. Memory Template | Type:  MEMORY
  3. Processor Template | Type:  PROCESSOR
  4. Storage Template | Type:  STORAGE
  5. Your Own Tempate:  You can choose the type and recommend using different headers to make your own files for buyers to download. Please note: You will not be able to have your assets displayed normally like you would by using templates 1-4, but customers will be able to download your manifest still.



Click on Create Auction in the top right corner. The next screen will have five steps process to create an auction. The first step is to upload a list of your assets using a Bidsheet prebuilt file template or other supported file types. 

After the upload, the screen will shift to step two Upload Asset. The screen will display the list of assets from the file to review and the option to upload additional files. Next, click the green Import assets and continue button.
