How To Take Control Of Your Shipping Details For Buyers

In this video you'll learn how to control the shipping settings for your store as a seller. The first thing you're going to do is go to the top right and choose the settings, then go to the package and shipping tab. In this area you'll be able to choose two things. The first thing you'll be able to choose is when a buyer uploads a bill of lading you can choose how long it will take to prepare the shipment for pickup and when the it will be ready. The second thing that you will be able to choose is if you'd like to offer the option to consolidate orders for customers. This means if a customer orders more than one shipment from you you can choose if you'd like to offer the option to combine both of the orders together.

Next we are going to go to the locations and add your location in the system along with details such as if your location has a dock, forklift, hours of operations and more. These details are important and will be displayed to the buyers after they pay for your shipment.
