A Step-by-Step Guide To Consolidating Your Orders On BidSheet

Bidsheet recognizes the challenges that come with managing multiple shipments to one destination. In order to streamline the tracking process, Bidsheet offers the ability to merge multiple orders into a single shipment. However, there are certain conditions that must be met for orders to be consolidated, including:

  • All orders must be fully paid for.
  • The orders must come from the same seller.
  • The orders must be from the same location.
  • Must equal less than 55 inches height.

To consolidate your orders, simply go to the Orders page and click on the green button labeled "Consolidate Orders." The next screen will display a message with a list of orders that can be merged.

Select the orders you would like to combine and click Consolidate Orders at the bottom. This will generate a new order number. The new order number will have multiple lot IDs and will notify the location that they need to consolidate the orders into the least amount pallets as possible. Once the location has completed the consolidation process new weights and dimensions will be provided so that you could schedule your pickup.
