From Payment To Pickup: A Step-By-Step Guide For Bidsheet Buyers
Step 1) Go to your orders Tab and find the order that you would like to ship.
Step 2) If the seller allows you to consolidate your orders do that process first. Watch this video to learn how: Click Here
Step 3) Click on the order you would like to ship.
Step 4) Click on "Schedule pickup" to get all the details that you would need for your shipment.
Step 5) Here you will find all the information that you will need to provide to your carrier
a) Pickup Location: This is where your material is stored at and will be picked up from.
b) Shipper Information: This is the information that will need to be on your BOL documents.
c) Pickup Instructions: You will see important information about scheduling your shipment.
i) Pickup Available At: Sellers will enter here when your order is expected to be ready for pickup after you upload the BOL.
ii) Shipper Reference: This is your order number and should be added to the BOL for the reference.
iii) Instructions and Loading Dock: These details help the shipping company determine which type of truck they should use to pickup your shipment.
iv) Contact Information: This is the person that will be at the facility waiting for the carrier to pickup.
v) Pickup Hours: These are the times that the location is available for pickup and must be forwarded to the carrier.
Step 6) Download the invoice and packing list to provide to your carrier along with the details provided above.
